SSROC is committed to making sure our trading partners are treated with respect and fairness. We operate an open and transparent procurement process, which adheres to the Local Government Act 1993 and the Local Government (General) Tendering Regulations. We promote fair trade principles and will only deal with reputable organisations that apply fair trade principles as part of their normal business practices. Australian companies are also bound by the Australian Consumer Law under the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
