SSROC conducts the Request for Tender processes in accordance with Section 55 of the NSW Local Government Act 1993. 

Southern Sydney Regional Organisation of Councils (SSROC) on behalf of its participating member and other Councils invite tenders from suitably qualified companies for the tenders detailed below.

SSROC T2025-14 – Supply and Delivery of Print and Associated Product & Services

SSROC, in collaboration with Participating Councils, is establishing a new Standing Agreement for the provision of supply and delivery of print and associated products and services.

The scope of work includes, but not be limited to the following:

• Printing of corporate and community publications including newsletters, annual reports, brochures, flyers, posters, booklets and stationery.

• Digital and offset printing, including large format printing, signage and banners.

• Graphic design, artwork preparation, prepress and proofing services. 

• Finishing services including binding, laminating, folding, collating and packaging. 

• Mail house and distribution services including personalisation, enveloping and delivery.

• Supply of all materials, stock and consumables required to deliver the services, including recycled and sustainable stock options.

Closing Date and Time: 2:00pm AEST on Wednesday 5 August 2026 Extended to 10.00am on Tuesday 11 August 2026 AEST. 

Submissions must be complete and fully received by this time.
