Frequently Asked Questions

How do I become to a SSROC Contractor?

The only way to become a SSROC approved contractor is via a Request for Tender (RFT) process. There is no opportunity to be added to a contract panel unless a RFT has been released and your organisation has submitted a tender response and been through the tender process and has been successful.

Where can I find the invitation for tenders?

View the current contracts page (https://ssroc.nsw.gov.au/current-contracts/) to see the existing contracts; view the Tenders & EOI page (https://ssroc.nsw.gov.au/tenders-and-eoi/) to see the current RFTs.

When are the RFT invitations issued?

SSROC generally goes to market with a RFT six months before a contract expiry date (or the optional extension may be taken).
